In 2019, I become a certificated personal trainer, I took my role with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), I have a CNC Plant-based diet (certified nutrition coach), I work with the OPT model training, which allowed me to work with any type of client, posture correction, health care, from the youngest to the oldest client even disable.
I have an SAQ Training (speed, agility & quickness).
NASM's Balance Training.
With 20 years of experience of athletic sports, sprint, long run races, swimming, cyclin and 8 years into to bodybuilding.
I do 1-2-1, online coaching, call service, reach me out and we can talk about how you can achieve your goals. whether it is rapid fat loss, gain muscle, lose weight in general, powerlifting, recovery, there are many goals that I can help you with.
